Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm (/ˈvʊləs/ /ˈsi̘ʃəˑv/ [lamb; victim] [political]) is a temperate City located in the Eyj̼íhrriq Region of the Tetburland.
The name Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm is derived from the Goblin language, as Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm was founded by Shnen, who was culturaly Tauran.
Climate
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm receives an average of 192 cm/y (75 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm covers an area of nearly 21 km2 (8 mi2), and an average elevation of 4638 m (15216 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm was founded durring the early 11th century, by Shnen. The establishment of Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Shnen struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm as a prison colony.
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow flagstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the city's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a city. The city sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Astonishigly, the timber-based walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire city feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a city, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

Cultural Notes
Vùlàssi̊shāv Gíhm's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
